True Harmony Company is looking for a motivated and determined Field Sales Representative to join our team. This is a remote position based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Relocation is not available for this position.
About the Role
The Field Sales Representative supports True Harmony Company's growth and the launch of retail brands by developing and maintaining productive relationships with licensed dispensary accounts throughout the Las Vegas market. Working under the direction of the Head of Sales & Marketing, this role follows a consistent account route, generates new orders and reorders, provides product education and brand support, and helps resolve account needs from order entry through delivery.
We are looking for a dependable, organized, and self-directed professional who can represent the Company's brands confidently and professionally. Over time, the position may develop into an Account Executive role with greater ownership of revenue, forecasting, and strategic buyer relationships.

- Develop and maintain professional relationships with dispensary buyers, managers, inventory teams, budtenders, and other account contacts.
- Visit assigned accounts on a consistent route and maintain regular, responsive buyer communication.
- Present available products, promotions, and new launches to generate new orders and reorders.
- Enter orders completely and accurately and coordinate with internal teams and licensed distribution partners through delivery.
- Track open orders and help resolve shortages, rejected products, delivery delays, invoice discrepancies, credits, and other account concerns.
- Conduct clear, practical budtender trainings that improve product knowledge and support confident customer education.
- Schedule, prepare for, and work dispensary pop-ups, brand activations, product launches, and industry events.
- Monitor product placement, on-hand inventory, displays, sell-through indicators, and competitive activity within assigned accounts.
- Maintain organized account notes, contact records, schedules, commitments, and follow-up items.
- Provide timely weekly reporting on account visits, buyer conversations, trainings, events, orders, reorders, opportunities, and outstanding issues.
- Communicate changes in account status, product availability, competitive activity, and field conditions promptly and accurately.
- Represent True Harmony Company and its brands professionally and follow approved sales practices, Company policies, and applicable Nevada cannabis requirements.
- Protect confidential Company, customer, product, and sales information.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and pass a criminal background check to obtain state required agent card
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in sales, marketing, or business desired.
- Valid driver's license, functional vehicle, and auto insurance coverage required
- Prior experience in field sales and cannabis.
- Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate Nevada CCB agent registration card.
- Must successfully complete applicable background and eligibility requirements.
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and automobile insurance meeting Company requirements.
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the Las Vegas area and occasionally work evenings and weekends for pop-ups and events.

Key Success Factors

- Quality and frequency of budtender trainings, pop-ups, launches, and activations
- New orders, reorders, and contribution to territory growth
- Product placement, inventory awareness, and visibility within accounts
- Order accuracy and effective coordination through delivery
- Timely issue resolution, documentation, and escalation
- Complete, accurate, and timely field reporting
- Professionalism, reliability, compliance, and representation of Company brands
- Performance expectations and targets may be adjusted based on territory maturity, product availability, launch timing, assigned accounts, and broader business conditions.
- Event Travel & Setup: Ability to transport and set up approved product-education, display, and event materials, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Office and Computer Work: Ability to perform prolonged periods of desk-based work, including sitting, typing, using a computer, reviewing documents, and communicating by phone or video.

- Transportation: Ability to drive and travel between locations as needed. A valid driver’s license and eligibility under the company’s vehicle insurance requirements may be required.

- Indoor production/warehouse setting
- Allergens include:
- Cannabis Plant Material & Derivatives: Which may cause allergic reactions such as skin irritation, respiratory symptoms, or eye irritation
- Dust & Particulate Matter: Exposure to plant dust, airborne particles, and packaging materials during handling and fulfillment processes
- Packaging Materials: Contact with plastics, adhesives, inks, and labeling materials that may cause sensitivities in some individuals
- Cleaning & Sanitation Agents
- GMP-aligned environment requiring cleanliness and organization
- Moderate noise levels and production-driven pace
- PPE may be required depending on task
