Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
True Harmony Company is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor in Ely, Nevada.
About the Role
The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the maintenance, repair, and operational efficiency of our 250,000 square foot greenhouse facility, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. This role helps ensure that the team is trained and regular maintenance is conducted so the infrastructure and equipment remain functional, compliant, and optimized for large-scale cannabis cultivation, as well as helps to train and assist in the development of the greenhouse maintenance team. Under general direction, the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor organizes, monitors, and supervises facility maintenance operations and performs a variety of technical tasks related to facility maintenance.

Location & Hours:
- This is an onsite position at our Ely, Nevada location at 30955 N. Alt, US-93, Ely, NV 89301 (Near intersection of US Rt 93 & US Alt Route 93).
- Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
- On-call availability for occasional after-hours, weekends, and holiday emergency repairs is required.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review, and participate in the work of staff responsible for facility maintenance.
- Establish schedules and methods for providing facility maintenance services; identify resource needs.
- Review needs with appropriate management staff; allocate resources accordingly.
- Participate in the development of goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures.
- Make recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in the implementation of approved policies and procedures; monitor work activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Recommendations: monitor expenditure; prepare cost estimates; submit justifications for equipment.
- Monitor and control supplies and equipment, and order supplies and tools as necessary.
- Train or coordinate training in facility maintenance and safety methods, procedures, and techniques.
- Develop and organize preventative maintenance and safety inspection programs for all facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate construction projects, remodels, and other special projects.
- Assist in the preparation of various contracts, requests for proposals, and reports.
- Perform the more technical and complex tasks required of the team.
- Attend and participate in meetings; maintain awareness of new trends and
- developments in the field of facility maintenance; incorporate new developments as appropriate into programs.
- Corrective action as necessary to resolve complaints.
- Perform related duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Associate or bachelor’s degrees in facility management, business administration, or related fields preferred.
- 5+ years of increasingly responsible facility maintenance experience, including some supervisory experience.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and obtain required cannabis industry credentials (CCB/Agent Card).
- Strong understanding of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, etc.).
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
- Experience with maintenance tools, equipment, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to respond to emergencies after hours and on weekends.
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Experience with welding and fabrication
- Knowledge of computers, email and mobile apps
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
