Finished Products Technician Lead

True Harmony Company, is looking for a helpful and motivated Finished Products Technician Lead to join our team in Ely, Nevada.
About the Role
The Finished Products Technician Lead is a hands-on peer leadership role responsible for supporting daily operations across THC’s post-harvest and finished products departments, including Harvest, Drying, Curing, Shucking, Trimming, Quality Control, Packaging, and Distribution. This role helps guide workflow execution, reinforce SOP and compliance expectations, support team training, and maintain product quality and operational efficiency throughout the finished products process.
This is a lead-level role within THC’s leadership structure and is intended to support, coach, and guide peers while partnering closely with Supervisors and Managers. This position does not perform formal employee management responsibilities such as disciplinary action, performance management, scheduling, timecard approvals, or hiring decisions unless specifically delegated by management.
The ideal candidate is highly dependable, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and capable of modeling professionalism, urgency, compliance, and teamwork in a fast-paced production environment.

Location: This is a full-time, onsite position at our farm in Ely, Nevada.
Schedule: Our schedule is Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m., with occasional holidays/weekends as needed.

Core Duties & Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Support
- Lead by example through professionalism, urgency, accountability, communication, and adherence to company expectations.
- Support and guide peers during daily operations while reinforcing SOPs, compliance, quality, and safety expectations.
- Assist with on-floor training and peer coaching for new and existing employees as assigned.
- Help maintain a positive, collaborative, solutions-focused team environment.
- Redirect peers respectfully when processes, quality standards, or safety expectations are not being followed and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Partner with Supervisors and Managers to communicate workflow concerns, staffing challenges, training needs, and operational risks.
- Support smooth workflow coordination across multiple finished products departments.
Harvest / Dry / Cure Operations
- Assist with cannabis harvesting while preserving plant integrity and product quality.
- Support proper hanging, spacing, drying, curing, and product handling procedures.
- Monitor environmental conditions and communicate concerns impacting product quality or operational flow.
- Ensure accurate labeling, tracking, and movement of product throughout post-harvest stages.
- Support sanitation and organization standards within dry/cure and harvest areas.
Shuck/Trim/Quality Control
- Perform and support hand trimming, machine trimming, shucking, and quality inspection processes.
- Conduct quality checks for contamination, moisture consistency, trim quality, foreign material, and overall product integrity.
- Reinforce consistency and efficiency standards across all post-harvest workflows.
- Escalate quality concerns, equipment issues, or compliance risks immediately.
- Support process consistency and adherence to THC quality standards.
Packaging & Distribution
- Support packaging, labeling, weighing, manifest preparation, and distribution workflows.
- Ensure products are packaged accurately and compliantly according to Nevada CCB requirements.
- Help monitor packaging material inventory and notify leadership when supplies require replenishment.
- Assist with maintaining fulfillment accuracy, product traceability, and inventory integrity.
- Communicate delays, discrepancies, or operational concerns impacting distribution timelines.
Compliance, Safety & Documentation
- Maintain awareness of Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) requirements and reinforce compliant behavior on the production floor.
- Follow and reinforce PPE, sanitation, contamination prevention, and workplace safety procedures.
- Support audit readiness by maintaining organized and compliant workspaces.
- Assist with production tracking, reporting, and documentation as assigned.
- Perform additional duties or provide support in other operational areas as needed.

This role is a peer leadership role and does not have authority to:
- Issue formal disciplinary action
- Conduct performance reviews
- Approve timecards or PTO

- Independently change SOPs or processes without leadership approval
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must qualify for and maintain an active Nevada CCB Agent Card
- 1+ years of cannabis post-harvest, packaging, processing, or related production experience preferred
- Previous lead or peer leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of cannabis post-harvest workflows, quality standards, and compliance expectations preferred
- Ability to work across multiple departments and adapt to changing operational priorities
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays during peak production periods as needed

- Allergens and Airborne Irritants: Regular exposure to cannabis plant material, pollen, dust, soil or growing media, mold spores, and other agricultural allergens or airborne irritants. Employees may also work around fertilizers, pesticides, cleaning products, and other workplace chemicals.
- Safety and PPE: Ability to follow all safety protocols and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include gloves, protective clothing, eye protection, and respiratory protection.

- Cannabis Plant Material & Derivatives: Which may cause allergic reactions such as skin irritation, respiratory symptoms, or eye irritation
- Dust & Particulate Matter: Exposure to plant dust, airborne particles, and packaging materials during handling and fulfillment processes
- Packaging Materials: Contact with plastics, adhesives, inks, and labeling materials that may cause sensitivities in some individuals
- Cleaning & Sanitation Agents
- GMP-aligned environment requiring cleanliness and organization
- Moderate noise levels and production-driven pace
- PPE may be required depending on task
